Called the company and spoke with a woman named "Jenn" . We also looked back and noticed we have been charged for the past nine months. This Jenn tells us we signed up for this (which we did not) we ordered flowers from proflowers and nothing more. She is so kind as to give us half of our money back. Wow shes generous.
I also contacted proflowers and they told me they signed for this through their website. Again no we did not. So I am still fighting to get the rest of our money back. I think that since this has been going on as long as it has with various individuals that this is a blatant scam. I am very upset that a business that I have used for years is now associating themselves with this easysaver scam. Shame shame. I will no longer use proflowers because of this. Way to take care of your customers Proflowers.

I too was scammed by Easy Saver, but I place blame on ProFlowers, as well. You are allowing Easy Saver to use your E-commerce site to deceive customers. A simple solution for ProFlowers would be to break ties with Easy Saver and stick to your core business...selling flowers.
