I purchaced one of ATV discounters 100cc atvs from ebay. I contacted the phone number listed on the auction listing to get the costs of shipping. "Doug" the sales person is the one that answers the number lsited on the page. He gets in touch with "Sherri" who just tells you what ever she wants and then goes on doing whatever she wants while your money is in their account.
The auction listing boasts "We ship within 72 hours!" Well folks, don't belive it.
The first week that I waited, I was patient. I finally sent an email asking if the shipping company was going to contact me prior to the 4-wheeler being delviered. Glen Barling, the self proffessed "customer service man" (see the employeediscounter.com) says I'll forward this to the "shipping department" which is Sheri Barling.
Sheri replies "It will ship Tuesday!" Which isn;t even close to an answer to what I had asked her.
The next day, I ask the same question - will the delivery driver contact me before attempting delviery, so I can be home from work? Glen Barling replies, "If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll give ya a refund."
That's not what I said! REad you emails! These people are ridiculous and should be shot for what they are doing to hopefull children.
They don't read their emails, have all of their phones forwarded to "Doug" the sales guy who isn't capable of handling anything to do with the ebay sales, becuase that's "Sherri's" department.
They give you the run around, for days. My daughter's birthday party will be a bummer, because in the end I discovered that they did ship my 4-wheeler, a day late, to Wisconsin! I live in Louisiana.
I contacted the company, if you want to call it that, to see if I could get one actually sent to the state that I live in. They called me back, left their number, and then turned their phones off! I can't get ahold of Sherri Barling, h*o is, solely the shipping department.
She told me "It will ship Tuesday!" Then told me it will be there Thursday, then later it will be theer Friday! Now, I finally pry a tracking number, which Doug said did not exist, from her - what do I figure out? MY 4-WHEELER is on its way to Wisconsin and my daughter's birthday party will have no 4-wheeler.
Sheri says "well print out a picture of it, and giver her that."
Thank you Sheri, the smartest d**n thing you've said all day.
What a mindless piece of crap company.

I am yet to see if they plan to turn my fouor wheeler around in Wisconsin and let me sit here another week and half waiting for it, or if they plan to reimburse me - It's a friggin mircale if anyone other than "Doug" their slave phone answering man gets to talk to you.
Please go to employeediscounter.com and read what this man claims to do. Then think about the crap he does to his ebay customers. EVERY TIME someone leaves him negative feedback, he goes in and rips them a new a*s on their feedback - DOUG, you can see the time and date stamps. Everyone knows who left the negative first. It doesn't take a genious.
Sherri, don't give tracking numbers out when they clearly show that you sent people's stuff to the wrong friggin state.
THIS IS THE TRACKING INFORMATION THAT SHERI PROVIDED ME WITH, ALL THE WHILE BEING AWARE THAT I WAS IN LOUISIANA. Keep in mind, I paid for the 4-wheeler on 09/26/2006 and had to wait until sheri responded on 09/27/2006 to pay the additional shipping and handling.
