Ebay.com intimidation scam, Internet

I bought several things at ebay with a bank credit card, I have known ebay and paypal since they started, yet everything was great until someone cheated me then to be cheated by ebay and paypal, now their new policy allows all money back, rather than the game they were playing, to bait and switch, to refuse to do what they promise. I felt like I should of never started the account up again after leavening several years ago. Now there is a new game it prevents me from getting my money, they expect me to open a paypal account, then when I did they refunded the money, then I am not allowed to use the money and not allowed buy any thing more.

There is no way to contact them, they make me use Questions and Answers that do nothing for the problem, with no phone number and no email to use - when there was, they would avoid the subject.

Its like a brick wall between me and them, I can not get the money or use the money, they will not allow me to buy anything since they returned the money.

Therefore the fact is, its better to hunt for some where for what I need - I do find its cheaper sometimes I am finding more places to buy things with better service - Aliexpress is great they do not get paid until I receive it and if they cheat me they do not get paid - therefore solves my problems, yet there is more to it than just that - be a customer and you too will see how well it is too.

Strange things happen when I opened a paypal or ebay account, I kept getting phishing email near the time I bought things, some one knows, its not safe to buy there. Its better to avoid them. Its not safe to give them my bank account information or Bank Card information to keep on file.
