I placed an order for what they represented as a textbook for 34.33. It was listed as a textbook & as their low item price. When the book arrived it was a 10.00 workbook soft cover not at all what I know I ordered. I politely brought the matter to their attention believing it was truly an oversight since their site lists the workbook for 10.00 comparable to other sites. They refuse to entertain the notion there was a mistake, refused to answer inquiries about the other workbooks for 10.00 etc. Extremely rude responses and no resolution offered. I offered to return the workbook~ they add the money paid towards the textbook but nothing short of returning the book was offered. I returned the book according to their painstakingly involved process and obtained proof of mailing from USPS! Of course, many months later I have received no refund because they claim there is no record of the book being received back at their awful company. They refuse to accept proof of mailing or to work with me! They must be stopped from deceiving consumers and obviously keeping their money for products that are returned & stop misrepresenting items on their site. This was bait & switch. They are rude, arrogant & do not have a phone number to call they send nasty emails and call it a day. They are a major rip~off !! Stop them from doing business to unsuspecting college students. I am an adult student and order frequently from Amazon were I have never had an unresolved issue, as a matter of fact I rarely have issues with books from Amazon. Not true for ecampus.com~nothing but a headache and 48.00 in the hole (book,postage, tax & return postage).
