Ecampus.com No Customer Satisfaction for an Obvious Error Lexington Kentucky

My credit card bill comes and shows a $25 charge from ecampus.com. I dispute it with the card company, and they investigate and say ecampus.com has my order on file and it is all legitimate. Except for the fact that I never ordered anything from them and never even heard of them. Who would order a $2 book and pay $23 to have it shipped overnight? Nobody in their right mind.
I tried three times to resolve this with Customer Service and they provided no satisfaction whatsoever. At best they daid I could ship the book back and get the $2 refunded. It would cost more than that to ship it.
Do not trust this company to deliver good service. They have no understanding for what was obviously an error on somene's part, and I suspect it was theirs.
