Eco Canteen Ordered product - sent plain bottle with no "eco canteen" Internet

I purchased an Eco Canteen. I was expecting to get the same bottle that is advertised in the picture on their website; a silver stainless steel bottle with "Eco Canteen" on it. I received a plain silver stainless steel bottle with no writing on it. It looked like something I could have paid for at a lower price at any drugstore.

I called Eco Canteen all of December 2009 and January 2010 to ask about why I received this bottle. There was no answer to their customer service number. I finally got someone on February 12, 2010 and the person who answered the phone told me that they ran out of ink. I asked her how could a company run out of ink and could I get another bottle that looked like the one that is on the website. She told me that she didn't know when the company would get some ink to write "Eco Canteen" on the bottle.

When I went online, I saw all of the complaints regarding Eco Canteen being a ripoff. I wish I had read them before I bought this bottle. I purchased this bottle because I wanted to support a company that supposedly promoted eco green products. But this was just a farse and a scam.
