Furthermore I do not see any factual evidence in the original complaint that point to Ed Rooney running a fraudulent business, or that he is a fraud. I would invite anyone with evidence to please post it.
To the best of my knowledge, hundreds of people have been helped out of tough economic situations by selling their homes to Ed Rooney. He not only gave them a fair price for their homes, but helped them negotiate a fair price for another home.
