I returned items to EddieBauer.com. Unfortunately, they refuse to process the exchange even though I followed their return policy perfectly. They also are keeping the items I sent in to be exchanged. What a ripoff! Stay away from Eddie Bauer everyone!

William - You too are in Kalamazoo, Michigan (like Ginger and I suspect you are both in the same household), so *please* check out my rebuttal in reference to the same return. Eddie Bauer *always* makes sure to take care of their customers and have an excellent industry reputation as well as one of the most liberal return policies in existence in the clothing industry. I think there was just a mix-up somewhere along the line (the package very well could have been lost and/or maybe you didn't put your "Return Form" section into the box when you returned it?).
