Eden Barn claimed they could provide low interest financing for a home purchase for an upfront fee of $2,200. This financing was being arranged by a Frank Stempfer who was supposed to be a millionaire philanthropist, this was Frank's way of "giving back."
David Thawley of Henderson, Nevada and SANDY E. (SANDRA) RAINEY of Newcastle, CA. are also part of the Scam collecting $2,200 upfront from unsuspecting victims.
Although they started collecting upfront fees in 2008, NO LOANS HAVE BEEN FUNDED TO DATE !!!
