I contracted with these re locators to move my furniture/household goods from Idaho to Hawaii. My quote was for door to door to include packing everything up with the move scheduled for June 27. They called me around June 23 and said their truck was broken down and would not be able to pick up in idaho. They would hire a freight company to pick up our things, but we would have to have everything all packed and outside for them to pick it up on June 27.
 Then he called and said that probably not until June 30 or July 1. Today June 30, the freight company called and said they could only pick it up if it was on pallets and shrink wrapped. We were never told this by Carlos. I do not have pallets or enough shrink wrap. Now they told me that the original quote was too low for door to door and they will just refund my money. 
Now the space that the pallets take up will be included in the 200 cu ft that was quoted.  He said to just get rid of some stuff or we will be charged a lot more.
David keeps telling me that he is doing me a favor because he is not making any money on this job.
 I leave for Hawaii this tuesday July 5!!!!!
Today July 02, they have called to tell me they are canceling this job because I filed a complaint with the BBB.  My deposit still not refunded.
