On Thursday, May 30, 2013, I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5s, with 20536 miles, one owner, and well maintained. After waiting alittle more than 6 hours, I was given the vehicle to take home. It was told that the long wait for the detailing. After receiving the vehicle, I notice that no detailing was done. I addressed it and was told that they will take care of it when Icome to pickup my plates. "I should have known that it was a hint of what was to come".

Friday morning, May 31, 2013, I after trying to get into the trunk, I notice that I had to put a little force to open it and it rubbed when closing. When I kneeled down to check where it was rubbing, I notice that my right exhaust tip was bent. " I figured maybe the previous owner bent it backing out of the driveway". Saturday, June 1, 2013, I took the vehicle to a shop for an inspection required by my insurance company. As the vehicle was being inspected, the auto technician found that the vehicle was rear ended, was not repair properly, was structurally damaged and unsafe if if ever rear ended again.

On Monday, June 3,2013, I brought the car back to the dealer, explained to them my findings, and asked for a different vehicle. I was told that I could have another vehicle but it was not my decision on the vehicle that I would receive. I was given a vehicle that was older, higher milage, bad interior, and $ 6000.00 less then the vehicle I purchased. I tried to negotiate by requesting a diffent vehicle of the same value or a better vehicle less of value and a reimbursement for the differnce in price, but was told, and I quote, "The bank won't allow it."

After waiting two more days for a return call about what the dealership intend to do to resolve my dilemma, on May 5, 2013, I called the bank, "Wells Fargo Dealer Services", and was told that the problem would have to be resolved between myself and Edison Nissan. I explained to them how I was taken for a ride, but the bank representative stated, "It's not our problem, it's your problem" and then hung up the phone.

"WOW" I'm in hell. This dealership has me stressing out and very upset. It seams like they are confident that they can do these things and get away with it. The only thing left for me to do is to seek legal counsel.

So, stay away from Edison Nissan and Wells Fargo Dealer Services, they're both poison and hazardous for you credit heath.

 If you are so buddy-buddy with the Editor of this site then why not have him post a note on this report verifying your credentials.  If so then perhaps the Editor would suggest to the OP of this report to go ahead and send his information.

But it doesn't change the fact that you suggesting for the OP to post ANY personal financial information on a public web site is at best irresponsible, and at worst outright negligent.  Which for an "expert" seems like you would know better, and puts serious doubt into your claims.

I have Connections at Wells Fargo in their fraud department.  I don't know who this Robert guy is but trust me the editor of the website here knows who I am very well.  If you doubt me email the editor at ripoff report.

Trust me when I get done Wells Fargo fraud department will know everything about your deal and I'm sure that the dealership will not want me to do what I'm going to do.  You want to make sure that you go to auto check and Carfax and do some searching about the history of your vehicle identification number.   If you say anything negative you need to bring it to the attention of your auto insurance company.   

Auto insurance companies do not like to provide full coverage insurance  on cars that have salvage titles if in fact your car does.  Posting your deal number on your purchasing contract does not reveal to the public who you are.  The reason I ask you if you've got good credit if you have really good credit there is a chance, a possibility that you might be in a fraudulent auto loan as well. 

If everybody that has a car that's financed Contacted their lender and ask them to provide them with the information a copy of what the auto dealer submitted to the lender to get the loan approved they might get some shocking news in the mail.  Literally thousands of people that have cars financed have been placed in fraudulent auto loans and they do not even know it.

Most of the time at the dealership is going to place a consumer in a fraudulent auto loan they will not do that with people with poor credit scores.  Having a poor credit score already sends up enough red flags that the lender will scrutinize every aspect of the loan.   But if you have a great credit score And a sweet payment history that goes back many years the lending departments underwriter is less likely to scrutinize the deal.

Going to customer relations At Wells Fargo is not going to get you as far as the department that I will contact At Wells Fargo.  If a lenders FRAUD DEPARTMENT finds that a dealership is submitting fraudulent loan documents to the lender for loan approval many times the lender will require the dealership to buyback that loan.  And most of the time it releases you a financial obligation to that car loan.  I have helped many people get out of that car loans because the dealership submitted fraudulent documents to the lender.  


To whom ever posted this ripoff report.  Email the editor and talk to him that you want to one that posted this report and ask him about the person me that posted my two postings on your report he knows who I am.  He also knows I have fast inside knowledge about the auto industry.  I know what I'm looking for.


Post  the deal number that's on your purchasing contract and also post the Vin number of the car the vehicle identification number I will do some homework for you and it will cost absolutely nothing. Trust me when I get done you will be happy

I have no idea who the other poster is.  But with the information this person is asking you to post, you might as well post your SSN, your Mother's Maiden Name and your Drivers License Number as well.  Seriously..what ever you do DO NOT post the information this person is asking on any public web site.

This site has a policy of not allowing you to post contact information(although sometimes an e-mail address or phone number gets through their filters).  So if the other poster wants to try and post their contact information.they can go right ahead.  But before you give this person any information you better make sure you check him out very..very carefully on your own.

Also, there is a lot you can do on your own.  If you bought a used car you bought it most likely AS-IS.  That means that the second you signed on the dotted line any issue or problem became yours.  The only excetion would be is if they dealer included a warranty or if something they "Certified" as okay was really not.  So if one of their certifications as to make sure that it wasn't in a previous collision.  That may be enough to get them to void the deal outright.  Unfortunatly depending on the cost of the vehicle, it may be out of the small claims limits.  So your up front cost may be a bit higher to try and sue them.

Then just as one finel thing.  When you were looking at the car before you bought it, how come you didn't try to open the trunk?  How come you didn't notice that the exhaust was bent?  As both of those things seem like they would have been very easy to see and get cleared up BEFORE you bought the car.

I'm going to help you with your situation

I have connections at banks across the country. I'm going to help you with your situation I need you to post the vehicle identification number on your report.  Every bank attaches a number to each loan that they process. I need you to post the loan number That identifies your car loan.   If what you say is true I have the ability to help you get out of this car deal.

My name is not important but my actions will be appreciated.  Trust me if this auto lender finance a car that had damage that was not disclosed the stockholders of Wells Fargo will not be happy.  Post the information that I request. If you want me to help you get out of this bad deal.

Most auto insurance companies will not provide full coverage on a  car that has certain dollar value of damage done to the vehicle.  You also need to contact your lender and ask for a copy of the documentation that the dealership submitted to the lender when they approved your loan.  Sometimes dealerships misrepresent your income when trying to get a loan approved.


I know a Chevrolet dealership the told a lender that a customer made $5000 a month When the truth was the customer only made $1200 a month gross income.  Huntington national Bank did not take a magnifying glass to the deal Before they approved it because the customer had excellent credit.  Had the lender,  Huntington national Bank done their homework they would've never approve the loan because the customer did not make enough money at $1200 a month for $450 month car payment.  The dealerships at the customer up for financial failure which is predatory lending tactics.

So you and I need to DIG INTO your car deal and find out if there's anything else that's going on.  If that car has a salvage title And the title has been washed the bank will be pissed.   Trust me I know what I'm doing. 


Law firms across the country hire me as an expert witness when they have problems with car dealers.  I've even went up against some of the largest RV dealers in the country.  

I need you to post the vehicle identification number to your car I need you to post the loan number that is assigned to your loan.  I need you to tell me about your credit history is it good what is your credit score ?  How long of you been on your job ?  Did you finance anything other than the car when you bought the car like credit life disability insurance maybe an extended warranty ? Did the folks in the finance department sell you a bunch of extra crap and Finance it in with the deal ? 

If the finance department financed a bunch of extra crap in with the deal that they sold you give me a  list of what they sold you besides the car.  If you want my help please post the information that I am requesting I do have connections at Wells Fargo's corporate main office.  

Trust me if what you say is true and I find any other fishy things that might have happened the dealer will be pissed when I'm done.

 The car was bought as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle not "AS IS".

I didn't notice the truck because as I unlocked the truck for inside my sales person was very curious and made it his business to open it and after looking inside of it he closed it. If you look inside the truck you can't see the structural damage, you need to remove the truck panels and rug. 

The exhaust tip was seen and was going to be replaced. The road test was short and rough so the problem with the transmission was found until I got it home and drove it on smooth roads. If the car was driven fast it is not apparent that it has problems.  

I'm not report my dilemma because I want to slant her anyone, I just don't want anyone else to have to go through the same problems as mine. I like to believe that as consumers we need to protect one anther, and that is why I wrote this report. 

Since posting my report, I have contacted a variety of agencies in including Nissan (The Manufacture), Wells Fargo (Corporate), and my insurance company. As I write, I have a lot of wheels turning. Hopefully, something good will come from all this.
