POSTED: Wednesday, July 25, 2007If someone is available your call will be answered if you are put on hold and you choose not to hold hang up and dial again but this time try exit 141. I know for a fact if shes not on the phone or away from her desk she will answer the phone and try to transfer you to a live person so they can assist you in getting the matter resolved.
