case is that i did not even have the 159.00 in my account.
the bank pay them the money then charge me 64.00 in overdraft charge, and i got the proof from my email, on 07/23/2006 showing i decline the credit offer. but edp went into my account through that other company which by the way the name is ecredit.com,and now this other company is no where to be found on the internet.i have file fraud charges with my bank and is going to
get a police report.
