I filled an application for a payday loan and my account was charged 159.95. I read on after filling out the application I decided that I did not want it. I did not submit, I just deletd it, still my account was charged. I called the company and my bank but nothing has been done about it. I have spoken to a live operator about it and I was told to go to my local police department and have an officer to investiagate and if it is proven to be fraud and my bank should send them the statement to show that my account was charged, then I will get a full refund. I should not have to go through that to get what should have never been taken in the first place.

You may have misunderstood what you was signing up for there may be a side advertisement for a payday loan but we don't support them our site is for a prepaid debit card. In our terms and conditions it states about the fees charged. My concern is you stated that you just deleted the information you entered but if you didn't exit out then there would have been an attempt or charge resulting.
