Educational Funding Company EFC EFC is unwilling to immediately cancel the account claiming a 90-days cancel. And threatened that they are not doing anything illegal. Chevy Chase, Maryland

EFC still insists on charging me until March 2013 saying it takes 90 days to cancel, even though it was never stated in any contract or writing.
In the end Stan at extension 218 of 301-654-8677, threatened that I can go call the police and report them if they're doing anything illegal.
Very unprofessional and very rude. My concern is, from the number of complains I've read about them online that might not even cancel the subscription.
I've filed/dispute with my credit card firm as well.
