Late last year, I met Edward Herzstock while looking for help in a child custody case. At the beginning, I really liked him and thought he was sincere about helping our family. I paid them $1295 which was a lot of money for me. I am a chef at a restaurant in Goleta and for me, the money was almost 6 months of gain. Anyway, I really needed their help and Edward promised me they would take care of me. After a week of paying them the money, I never heard back from Edward. I called and emailed and I even wrote letters. For almost 2 weeks I tried reaching him. I even went into the offices to find out they had shut down!
I have found 4 other men with very similar stories, specifically with Edward Herzstock. ONe of them told me that he is a pretty big phony. He has other companies that also swindle money from honest people like me. I don't have the time or money to research or try and get him, but I hope one day someone can bring him to justice - I have faith in God and I know those type of people will eventually be caught.
From everything I have experienced and what others have told me, this is a dishonest person. He acts like he has a lot of money and is established and actually is insincere and doesn't have any real interest in helping others - he only wants to take your money from you. Please be careful in all of your dealings with Edward Herzstock, also known as Eddie Herzstock.

Anyone who actually knows Eddie, knows that I am his ex-girlfriend Nadia. Posting fabricated nonsense is a waste of everyone's time, particularly when posting lies about him that I need to respond to. Suggesting he would have ever done anything to harm me is wrong.
Like any relationship ours had its up and downs, although I can truly say swindling money, dishonesty or any other phrases of relevant content, were problems we NEVER encountered, and couldn't imagine why that would have ever been said.
Living in a small town has its advantages & disadvantages, but we all know in a small town people can say what they want, at any coast. As far as father's choice, Edward was not involved with the company during the time we were dating, but I do know none of Edwards intentions were negative and he was laid off long before the company fell apart for its mistakes.
Eddie was a sincere boyfriend he has great ethics, an incredible business man, and at his age, has accomplished more, and Is more intelligent than anyone I have ever meet.

I was actually using this service to report about another company in SB that ripped me and my wife off. I was looking at other reports related to SB individuals and companies and came across this post. I've been in SB for 11 years and as this Edward guy says, it is a small town. I think it's too coincidental that I was at a gathering on Saturday night and this guy came up in conversation. About a dozen of us were talking about folks in town making waves, good and bad. So this guy is supposedly the owner of a fuel company. The girl who spoke of him was not pleased. I won't share this woman's name, because she shared what she shared in confidence. I've known this girl for 5 years and she's almost NEVER said anything negative about anyone. I believe her. Apparently this Edward guy swindled money from his ex-girlfriend. He also has a track record of lying about his business activities. She didn't know details but knew there were a lot of people after him on a legal basis. He's been in town a short time and already has a bad name. So, I personally have no experience with this person, but from someone who I do respect, he has very low integrity and it sounds like the David guy's story could be very true. Again, it's heresay, but it it is a small town and word gets around when you take advantage of people. Good luck finding the truth.

I have emailed the owner of the company who you say took this money from you, there has never been a client with your name. Nor has there every been a client who has paid $1,295 for a case so he could not find you through accounting.
The reason I did this is because I wanted to determine if this was an actual client of Father's Choice or just an individual who wanted to slander me. For it could be any reason... most of the time in a small town like Santa Barbara, it's because of jealousy.
This person knew my association with this company and decided to make up a scenario.

- You never paid any money to anyone and were never a client of Father's Choice.
- You don't have not found 4 men with any circumstances like this.
- My companies deal with clients like Chevron, Shell, Petro-Canada, and Petrobras... we are a fuel company, we do not "swindle money from honest people".
- Father's Choice was never or will ever be my company, my relationship was only as an employee.
