Ehline Law Firm PC pretend to be "United States Trademark Registration Office" Received a formal looking letter from this company's address, disguising as "US Trademark Office" Los Angeles, California

Hi.  I am attorney Michael Ehline.  The complaint against my firm, is an example of how any person can say anything about a business, and try and destroy someone with zero basis for lodging such a hurtful and defamatory claim. First, we are located in a building with over 28 stories and hundreds of offices with lots of attorneys and other businesses.

We received a phone call a few weeks back, from a man who swore at me, and left a very incriminating, and threatening, recorded  voice mail, claiming that my firm claimed to be a trademark office.  I called him back and spoke with him, apparently after he wrote this false report.

He said he googled the address on an "official looking" letter he received, and my law firm came up as an address at the building where the letter claimed to have been from.  He presumed since we have an office in the over 28 story building, that we ripped him off. He said I stole his money, etc.  I explained that if you Google my address, you will see there are several businesses located on our floor in the same building we lease space.  In fact, there are hundreds of businesses in the Citi-Bank Building.  The only thing we are guilty of is having good search results. 

Seems like the 28th floor is actually a time share office called Regent Business Centers and there are probably several tenants there. The real culprit is a company registered as "United States Trademark Registration Office".

Is there a way i can update the title and get the Ehline Law name out of it?  Sorry.
