please becareful when hiring an attorney. I Hired richard wynn for my brother. I Needed Him to fight my brother's case, his fee was $25000. he said that pay 7500 now and 7500 next month and rest pay 2000 each month until 25000 complete. he also said that we will gonna see his effort for $25000. when he met with my brother in detention center, he said he is non bailable, and he need some imformations to fight the case. he gave us a paper to get signs from customers where my brother works, (that is where he got in trouble).
so he was keep extanding the court dates for six months and telling us that he is getting prepared for case to put full strength in first time. i knew that there was something wrong. whenever me and my uncle go to his office by making an appointment, he give us an hour speech which will turn anyone body's mind. but after six months i heared from judge that my brother will be in prison for 3 years. that make me sick. then i relized that the reason why he was extending court dates.
he was extending court dates to get his complete $25000. he got $25000 for making us fool. they were profesional attorneys, have great comments on them and great website. i cant beleave that an attorney can do this to someone?? it was just our bad luck that we choose bad attorney. this was heppen because this was our first time. my poor brother.
