Still received package of 60 day Altovis. Called asking them why it was sent and billed. They could not find my account.
Discovered the products came from Eight Squared Inc, an affillate of Berkeley. Berkeley advised I had to notify Eight Squared.
When I called Eight Squared they advised that because I didn't cancel with them, (which I had no idea I was suppose to. Thought product was from Berkeley),withinthe cancellation 15 day required, no refund was entitled. But because I had cancelled with Berkeley and had a conf nbr, indicating I tried they offered half refund.
They say that when you call for free trail, you agree to program that bills you after free trail runs out for an additional 60day supply at 79.99, nonrefundable. Didnt they advertise satisfaction guaranteed. They say they tell people of this when you call, I missed it.
And then bill client every two month for the 79.99 automatically. I cant say I'm happy with their actions, but they offered half back due to the fact that I tried to cancel, but with the wrong party.
I'll never ask for a free trail again for anything!
