Search TipsOR dispute the charges with your credit crad company. They will do the fighting for you and get your money back for you. They already have histories on the company so they will most likely give you little to no resistance of crediting your account.
As for returning product. We do not take product back at all. That is the policy and they are not going to change it any time soon. the ONLY way they issue a credit is for medical reasons. DO NOT take any offer that they may offer you for ANY product. It will begin the cycle all over again.
