Beware of offers to purchase or negotiate the sale of bonds or financial instruments. This woman has collected financial instruments from owners and failed to return them. She has signed purchase agreements and not performed and she will hide behind ambiguous language written into her contracts designed to give her a back door way out. She has no reservation spending your money but you are unlikely to see her spend a dime of her own.

My wife and I are Realtors in Utah, and we too were victims of Elaine Renaud. Spent months with her negotiating, researching and preparing a contract for a $2.5M home, along with other properties. I had proof of funds, I'd researched her stories to verify she was a legit buyer, and everything checked out.
I spoke with her on a Friday night (Fall of 2012) and she said that she was to fly to Australia to see her husband on Monday, and that she wanted to meet Monday morning to sign the offer before she left the country. I prepared the offer and....and.... never heard from her again.
I was connected to her via the mobile app WhatsApp, and could see when she would sign on and off. I tried calling, emailing and messaging her on her phone without any response. It's not just my time, energy and money that was wasted. The sellers of this home were putting off building plans of their new home and spent a significant amount of time working on this deal.
She is a fraud, no matter how much she throws facts at you to appear legit. I'm not sure what her angle was in trying to scam additional resources from this transaction, but I think she sensed that I wasn't going to do something that wasn't by the book, so she bailed. I'd be happy to discuss Elaine with any others who have had similar experiences.

Elaine Renaud career criminal

Elaine has been setting up investment schemes to rip people off for years. I lost $10 000 to her in 2003 and in that particular scheme she fleeced people of a total of what she claimed was $5000 000. This was in Australia. She has since ripped people of in France and Spain. She has 3 children Joyce, Miles and I can't remember the third ones name. Joyce lives in Bundaberg Australia and the 2 boys live with there mother is France I believe. The 3 children are all on facebook and have recent photos of Elaine. There are many many people who would like to see her in prison. I believe her husband Ray is also in Bundaberg Australia.

What's this? This lady working through Many Brokers , Like Larry Albert , Cooper , John E. Beckstedt these brokers are stealing contacts and jumping to owner of bonds , you have to be very sure , even she is not performer
