I paid for a website that never got finished by the contractor in India, his name is Ashok Kumar and he runs a company called IDNS Technologies.
Elance promise guaranteed refund policy on their website but I never managed to get any money back from neither Elance or IDNS technologies. I report a complaint through their dispute resolution center, but guess what, I never got any answer back from them!
If something is guaranteed in Elance website, is that is the perfect platform for scam artist and thieves to rip you off! starting by elance!
On top of that I can not even rate bad my developer, because I have no access to review their job!
