Over a year ago ,Blue Haven Pools, Tyler,Texas design/built a lap pool at our home. The $12,000.00 CoverStar pool enclosure has never worked. In June08, frustrated with Blue Haven Pools lack of concern, we hired a local licensed plumber to clean out the drain to the pool cover well(the area were the pool cover is stored when not in use)he reported that the Pool Cover Drain did not have an outlet and did not drain the pool cover well. This failure to install a drain outlet in our pool cover well has damaged our cover, electrical systems (yes we were SHOCKED) all related hardware. This mistake by Blue Haven Pools has ruined our cover and cost us time and $Money.
So now a solution of Saltwater,oil,and other contamints must be removed daily or they will contaminate the pool water itself. Numerous phone calls,emails and faxes have produced nothing.When confronted with the plumber letter, Gen Manager Jason Romans in a phone conversation was threatening and demeaning but offered no solutions. one to this date in Management at Blue Haven
Pools,Tyler,Texas has visited us or offered to look at our pool. We have asked that Mr.Eldridge take a moment out of his busy day and give us a call,to date none have been recieved...The time for talking is over.Its now time for Action.

We were victims of Tyler Blue Haven Pools and Boyce Eldridge also. They sold us a faulty pool and pool cover, destroyed our yard, and left us with an unfinished pool that we had to pay another company to properly finish and repair all of their MANY mistakes. We sued them and to this day they are making settlement payments to us, but is still doesn't make up for the fact that it took over 2 years to have the pool proper, and 3 years of dealing with them legally. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!! Feel free to call me if you want to hear more. My name is Eric, my number is (((Redacted)))

Mr. Ball,
Thank you for bringing this difficult situation to light on this public forum. Maybe you will read here what we have been trying to do to resolve the problem with your cover basin drain line. You will not talk to us on the phone or respond to the letters that we have sent you.
You have made it impossible for our technicians to make any repairs on your pool. You have verbally abused them and threatened them with physical violence. I cannot send an employee to a job where there has been threats of violence.
If you will allow us to come to your house and repair your pool without threats of violenece and vulgar language, we will make all necessary repairs to your pool only with a Sheriff's deputy on site and a Peace Bond.

Hello there,Its now Mid-October and Blue Haven Pools will not respond to our written requests to Pay for the repairs to our damaged pool...
Coping is defective,Okla. Sandstone does not hold up under use(It breaks down and leaves sand in the pool)
To date NO ONE from management at Blue Haven Pools,Tyler,Tx. has visited our pool to estimate the damages and BHP management will not respond in writting to our requests for compensation.
