A year later i had to pay $500 to get it repaired; and 6 mons. later, it broke again; they want to charge me another $500 to repair it. How can a machine that only gets used every 2 weeks, break within a year of ownership? R u kidding me? I will never ever every buy one of their "products" again!
I have reached out to Better Business Bureau and still have not rec'd help.
