These people were recommended by our Chamber of Commerce but the Chamber refused to support them because they wanted the Chamber to use their banks. They did, however allow them to use a one time logo of the Chamber on their product thus luring in the small business persons. The salesperson was not at all knowledgable about the product and was so confused about the way our business worked that it took almost a month to get it straight. I used the equipment for two months when I realized the huge fees that came with using the machines. The salesperson did not tell me that you were charged an amount each check that was scanned thus the fees coming out of our accounts started. We are a small mom and pop business and can not afford such a rip off program.

I called the company only to get a response of "you need to call customer service" which I did. They said they could not help and that there was a four year lease which if I broke it I would be charged $1557.00 times four. That's how many leases we have with them. You can not read the contract, in fact I had to get a magnifying glass out then the sentances would run together and you could not find which sentance you were on to finish reading the contract. There is no buy out clause and if you change your account number and do not notify them you are charged a $100.00 fee. I am going to turn them into the Better Business Bureau, and contact the Attorney General's Office in VA to start the ball rolling. Hopefully we can get some type of satisfaction with this.

Do not use this company and if they approach you run like the dickens. This is the worst nightmare I have had and believe me in my business I have a lot. I just wish I could wake up and it would be resolved by everyone out there expressing their opinion to get this company to chane the way they do their pushy business on small companies.For all those that have fallen prey to this good luck.
