Elephant Ins Deceptive quotes Glen Allen, Virginia

I was given a wonderful insurance quote over the internet by Elephant Insurance and was glad to switch my insurance because it was up for renewal. The quote was $100 less than I have been paying.
I had three conversations with a female agent and she stated that was the correct quote and I asked why it was so much less than mine.
She stated they have been here a few years and are a company started  out of the United Kingdom and were still getting established. Then I asked about monthly payments and she stated there was a $7.00 charge versus my $5.00 from my current Insurance.
She called me this morning as arranged and I told her I can give her a payment tomorrow and she got a bit upset and stated well we can not wait till tomorrow if you want the insurance today.
 She stated that she will have to call  tomorrow when I have the money in the bank.
 I said how much are we talking about, she said approximately $76 and $ 50 plus a month for 10 months. I said no that does not equal the quote of $328.94 for the year even if I choose to make monthly payments.
She stated it is for all the administrative fees. So if it looks good there must be a catch and there it is!
