*UPDATE Employee: Customer Service Feedback
Well my car port is blowing in the wind (A 20 MPH WIND) like a wind sock. I have contacted the company and spoke with a woman named Nohas, who keeps telling me if I had purchased a "certified structure" that It would stand up in high winds, but without the certification, which is another 250 dollars for extra bracing, they would not stand behind ther product.
I have bought garages from this company and this is the only I am having problems with. It is 22 wide, 19 long, and 7 foot high. This structure has a corner brace on each side and Obviously needs more bracing for its size. I would not expect to go back to a car dealer and pay for a new paint job because my paint was flaking off and I should not have to pay for my garage to remain standing when someone leans on it.
I will not be using the car port until this is corrected and recommend if you are thinking about purchasing a car port from anyone get the certified frame so that they can not use that excuse when it falls.
Quality like this is why people are not buying US MADE products. Sad, but true. I am going to try to post a video here,if not look for it on you tube titled "Weak Elephant"
