My 20yr old son was told he would get a base pay of $1000 per month and an apartment with others in California for $175 per month and would earn $1000's of dollars in commissions.
They were opening a office in Austin so this was training for 90 days in California. The con artist named Justin cosigned for an apartment but made them sign a lease with a complex that I believe is in on the scam.
After he gets there he finds out that it is straight commission and $500 for rent and it will come out of his first sale. He was sharing the place with 5 other guys.
What they do is drop these kids off in some shaky areas and basically get there name out there. very few get sales. So when the kids don't make it and parents like us have to bail them out and get them back home Elevate then puts a ding on their credit for the lease.
Stay away from this company. They are bad news. They are approaching college age kids whom are naive and looking to make it big.
