Do not waste your money on Elevate Salon of West Carrolllton, Ohio If you are going to pay big bucks for salon services, do your research and go to a respected business with a history of high quality service and value for the price rather than a little salon that simply over charges for all of it's services. Reasons: 1 - Over priced. 2 - Inexperienced stylists. 3 - Unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. 4 - The salon is dirty and black mold is located in the back ceiling (stay away or you will get sick) 5 - Avoid the rest room all together. 6 - The owners bring their newborn baby there to be disruptive and cry, very unnerving!

I recently performed a Google search on my business and to say the least i was very taken back by what i saw!! First off I want to thank all those that stood up for my wife, myself and our Business when we had no idea about the dishonest things that were being said from the people in which we purchased some salon equipment from. These people did file a small claims lawsuit against my wife, stating that we never paid them for the equipment that we purchased from them and that they "helped us out" but we bought the equipment from them at the asking price. The proof was in the Cleared Check that we wrote for the said amount, that they cashed. I have posted the civil case number as well as the outcome of the case only because the Truth needs to be told! I just want to say that I don't understand their motives in the things that they continued to post all over the web but we will not let the false things they said stop us from reaching our goals! We pride ourselves on being honest, full of integrity and just being genuine people! We have given all we have to just start a business where we can impact lives and create an avenue through the salon that not only allows us to give back to the community, but also has given us the opportunity to live a dream and secure a better future for our family. I posted the civil case# as well as the findings from the court docket that show the truth ! Once again I want to thank all of u that have supported us and that continue to support us and came to our defense even though u didn't have to! I do not know either party in this matter, but was referred to Elevate through a friend of a friend! I thought ivwould give them a call but did not know their phone number so i looked them up online, to my disbelief there were horrible things being said about not only the salon but the current owners. Needless to say i have been following everything that has been said about these people and their salon by this william T and his wife the former owners of the stuff it seems katelyn and billy purchased from them. I just wanted to take second and post the " truth" as mr. Taulbee has said so many times with his lies and personal attacks on these good people. I have heard nothing but great things about katelyn and billy and i want to applaud them for not retaliatingand playing into the childish games as i know how hard it must be not to say anything wheh you are attacked. Also not for gloating over your victory in this matter. I will be booking soon and congrats and good luck. Dobt worry you have people in your corner and are making a difference. Sorry for the spelling and grammar as im sending this from my phone and still getting used to touch screen :*)

When you walk through the door at Elevate Salon you feel welcome. The remodeling is beautiful (very clean and stylish) everyone greets you and is very friendly. Most salons make you feel like you're just another haircut and they barely talk to you. I love the fact that Elevate has that family feel. Everyone makes you feel welcome, including Billy and Katie as well as all of the stylists.
I have been going to Katie for over 2 years. She does an amazing job with my hair everytime !!! I also take my daughter in for haircuts and they do such a great job with her hair too !! Katie and all of the stylists are very knowledgable, professional and friendly.
Their prices are very reasonable. I know of other salons that have outrageous prices for the same service. And I would be highly skeptical going somewhere that offers a super low price (that cries desperation to me) I'd be worried I'd walk out with a horrible cut or color. Elevate Salon is where I go when I want to treat myself to a great cut and color at a reasonable price, catch up with friends and feel beautiful.

Elevate salon is great! I have been going to katelyn for years! All these negative comments about her and her husband and her new salon are false! She has never once pushed her religion or the bible on me!! Obviously, some certain person who keeps posting the same things have no life, and are obsessed with them! I think someone needs a hobby! I've been going to katelyn for years like I said by far this salon tops all the salons shes ever been at. I've had 2 appointments in her new salon and I think the prices are fair and competitive, and I've been treated like royalty! So before you listen to pathetic lowlife statements that mean nothing, just consider the source ( previous owners, jealous of their success it's obvious), go there and find out for yourself!

Elevate Salon of West Carrollton, Ohio Katelyn McClure, Billy McClure have spent $$$ remodeling "Elevate Hair Salon" instead of taking care of the debt from the people that helped them get started in the first place with their salon equipment.
Elevate Hair Salon's business ethic's are beyond questionable. Elevate Salon's owners are dishonest and spreading lies about the previous owners and only out to make a $$$
My wife and I (the previous salon owners) have filed a law suit against Elevate Salon of West Carrollton, Ohio for breach of contract and balance due on equipment purchased. Once we have won this law suit "THE TRUTH SHALL BE TOLD"

This is the previous owner's husband - Bill. My wife Rhonda sold the salon equipment to Katlyn and Billy for $2000. The additional equipment that Katelyn wanted was negotiated for 6 months of free booth rent for my wife Rhonda to continue servicing her clients from Elevate salon.
Katelyn and Billy made the environment very unprofessional and uncomfortable by bringing a baby to work, painting above my wife and her client during the day, not cleaning and sanitizing Elevate's equipment properly, and having Billy lurk around all day trying to look important. The salon is not making any money, shouldn't you be working instead of playing hair salon guy Billy?
The last straw was when my wife was servicing a client and billy started yelling at her telling her that she has to leave right now, Is that very professional? He called the police on my wife and would not allow her to gather her property before leaving, is that professional?
My wife did nothing wrong, she was keeping to her self and working. Katelyn was jealous that my wife had a lot business and she had very little, thus prompting Billy to bully her, what a man!
I can provide customer testimonials of Katyelyn's lies. Billy, Katelyn and Elevate salon lied and stole our equipment. I will be posting the results of this outcome / law suit online, the truth shall be told.
Obviously you are a misinformed, I am sure that Elevate does not want the truth to be known to the very few clients they do have, for now.

To say I am shocked by this report, by whomever, would be an understatement. I have been to Elevate Salon few weeks ago and during this time, Katlyn had taken care of an entire wedding party where she was complimented in my presence how professional and happy they were, even one looked at her watch and stated done right on the minute as promised. The wedding party also included photographers with the party and they also gave compliments to Katlyn. I was happily surprised to see Katlyn even had food for the party, which you do not see at many salons.
Her son was there that day but was not crying, not disruptive and I saw nothing of what has been put in this persons report. Katlyn was right on time with my appointment and did a great job on my hair. I have received multiple compliments on the cut and the color which I have given her salon's name, her name and number to all of them.
I am extremely happy how my look turned out as I have had an extreme bad haircut and color at a previous West Carrollton Salon where the owner was very unprofessional, which is putting it mildly. Not like the person filing this report, I will not mention their name. Would hope the salon owner I am speaking of did not write this report as this person should not be involved in any type of human services. For those that may question my ability to make this comment or judgement, I have been in Management with the same Company for many, many years and am responsible for assuring my staff/department take care of our customers, which we do.
I honestly believe people need to find something to do rather than be vengeful when they have no clue what they are speaking of and apparently have not been in the salon since new ownership.

Katylyn and Billy McClure are hypocrites (pushing the bible, etc.) while constantly lying and stealing from people.
Billy McClure is the biggest coward that I have ever seen! Calling the police to have my wife removed and not permitting her to remove her equipment. Just wait, our day is coming and it will be in court. Be ready to pay up for stealing my wife;s equipment and 6 months of lost wages.
We are not jealous, we sold the shop because Rhonda was ready to move on. She had 12 employees and was always busy, and made a lot of money while you struggle to bring in 1 customer with 1 employee.
You won't be in business long, can't wait until you collapse

The post u just read was from the previous owners husband..... he is a coward trying to bring the new owners down all because his wife and him did not succeed. Bill taulbee is rhondas husband the previous owners. So lets do the math here.
