Curtis Harwood of Elite Business and Tax called me early in July, 2012 just after I tried to rescind from Platinum Web training.  Sean Erle (Earl?) and I had words and I declared I wasn't signing a contract to which he replied I had to sign a tax form because he wasn't letting me rescind.  When Mr. Harwood called he talked about how excited I should be about having a new business. I told him I didn't know what he was talking about; he started talking about different things they do for a new business. I wasn't interested till he mentioned taxes.

I was thinking he must be the guy I have to sign the tax forms for.  This guy has all my personal information including my Visa number and he's talking prices for his services.  By now I'm confused as to where he got all my information from. I ask him about it and he ignores me and keeps on talking.  We finally hang up and I forget about him, because I don't have a business and I don't qualify for Platinum Web training.  At the end of the month I get a charge card bill showing $8600 charged for Platinum Web training and $3610 for Elite business and tax.  I call Wells Fargo and put the charges dispute.

After months of lies from Mr. Erle (Earl?) of Breakout Incomes;  I hire an attorney and have my grandson go through my computer to find anything the attorney can use.  The attorney sent a legal letter to Platinum Web explaning what was found and they were able to confirm that I never qualified for their training and returned the $8600 to Wells Fargo. Thank you Mr. Warren Jones... The attorney sent Elite business and tax a legal letter also. To date they have not responded.

Mr. Curtis Harwood if I didn't even qualify for the business training and never established a business,  what are you doing charging me for your business services.  Since when does a bogas, non existent business need a license, an LLC Entity, a Federal tax ID, an Operating Agreement and what ever else you charged me $1950 for.  Hmm a Federal Tax ID for a non existent business along with your computer hacking; and add to that the $3610 theft sounds like a lot of criminal behavior to me. A word of advice don't do business with Elite Business and Tax and  Breakout Incomes. Too much criminal behavior here.
