Viewed problems with employees during the work.  It seemed to clear up when the owner (John French) was around, but he was barely around, instead sending his guys to do most of the work by themselves, even in the rain. 

Had the work inspected when it was done--inspector described it as "real shyster work" and suggested I have Elite come back to fix the work.  The bill states no guarantee and says any "deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge..."  Will not have this guy for an extra charge to fix the work--instead, I'll have a local BBB certified professional get the job repaired.

No more bargain bin construction jobs for me.  Address isn't even listed on bill--phone number goes to a cell phone.  Buyer beware.
