I was told by office manager Melissa that only Solomon Arroyo - owner - would be able to authorize a refund. But no one would give his contact info. A simple google on the white pages turned up his number. After about 60 rings, his wife answered. As soon as i said i was scammed - she gave me Elite Getaways number - didn't even ask where i was from or who scammed me. Solomon Arroyo did indeed call back. After threatening legal action - he too refused to issue me a full refund. He said if i had contacted the office before noon the next day - it could have been an immediate refund. I told him i contact the office within hours and spoke to his employees BEFORE noon the next day but that met silence. He still refused to issue a credit card refund. One more layer of scum scraped.
