I am starting this blog about Fred Smilek because I want to warn people not to associate with him. Do not trust his associates, James Putra, Anthony Rousseau, Ryan Ferderer, either. They are con artists that operate a ponzi scheme.
Smilek takes advantage of people that work for him. He keeps on changing the name of his company to avoid punishment from law enforcements. Some of his company names are BBC Ventures LLC, Recontrader, BULLISH CAPITAL LLC, NOUVEAU RICHE WARRIOR LLC, RAINMAKER VENTURES. He is currently under the name ELITE GLOBAL TRADING, located at 110 East Broward Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301. It is most possible that he will change names soon. Some of the offences include avoidance of paying proper wages (some employees made $500 a year working more than 60 hours a week), not paying payroll taxes to employees, exploiting interns (making them work sometimes over 60 hours a week with no pay and making them do menial tasks), not providing financial information about the company to investors, not providing accounting documents about the company, faking company addresses, and ripping off investors.
Smilek has had a legal history before the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the misappropriation of 275,000 at the Chemical Bank of New York.
INVESTORS, INTERNS AND EMPLOYEES, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FRED SMILEK, JAMES PUTRA, ANTHONY ROUSSEAU AND RYAN FEDERER.
THEY ARE WELL TRAINED CON ARTISTS AND SCAMMERS THAT WILL ONLY CAUSE TROUBLE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
