When I bought the system the Elite salesman said we are now part of ADT company and I work out of the Medford Or office. He said I would get the same service as all the ADT customers. What a lie. He works in the state of Utah and now I do not have a local contact. He was charming and nice I asked him several times if they was any difference between buying from Elite instead of ADT and he absolutely no difference they were the same company. When I called ADT employees openly say how bad Elite is and they are not part of their company.
When I called Elite for service today (in Utah) I was told they maybe could fix my system in 48 hours. They were supposed to call me back today and make and appointment for repair they did not call or leave a message. I had to call them again and was told they are gone for the day. If I had signed with ADT I would have had quick repair per ADT and a local ADT rep to be able to call per ADT.
If you are smart you will not buy any home security systems from Elite sales people!
