Andrew/Taylor/Debbie. What they will do is try and make you feel like YOU NEED this job..Throw down some "facts" to reel you in. When your sitting there surrounded by 25-40 people RED FLAG. NOONE is going to hire someone for a "manager" posistion with that many candidates. They will say training is from 2-4weeks..BS. I was there for four months. Worked my BUTT  off for these people. Worked 7 days a week most of the time because I was one of the only reliable ones to do swap every weekend. They dont tell you right away that YOU HAVE TO SELL 220 BOTTLES of there non namebrand perfume/cologne to get a branch..Im sorry do you say anywhere in your ad on CL or in the interviews or even orientation that your becoming a SALES REP before you get into a managment posistion. And this place was INFINTE MANAGEMENT before any of these other names happend. Kyle from kismet was at this office before he went to tacoma.

If you stick with it you will find yourself lying for them to other new hires. Find yourself in pitch class. Or restocking shelves in Debbies office. You will go through the same meetings over and over again. I made some friends through this company and that is seriously the ONLY thing I have gotten out of this. If you go on Komo 4 News and look up taylor & company llc you will find everything I said is true. They do not pay you for training. I signed so much paperwork. And had a verbal agreement of hire with this company. which means that I was a employee of Elite Wholesale Frangrance LLC. I NEVER got paid for anything. The only person in this company that I have any respect for is DEBBIE.

Andrew and taylor. You are just a bunch of kids who are taking advantage of people who are in desperate need for a job. you are basically running a sweat shop. You signed the company over to Debbie so your pathetic a**es wouldnt get ROYALLY SCREWED. But believe me you cant run and hide. A lot of people are making sure that you are going to be under a full investiagtion.

I mean how proffesional is it to have a Christmas party where all the employees and managers get WASTED at THE OFFICE. No joke I have pictures. Nobody deserves what these people are doing. They use and abuse. You wont tell the truth about ANYTHING. Andrew you use your dad as a scape goat so you can have soemone who seems legit so you dont look like a SCAM ARTIST. You say you have "comapny" rules..But look at you and Taylor, your effing engaged..What happened to No dipping in the companys ink and visa versa? Just remember Karma does exist!

RipOff Report is a great tool or website that everyone can use to hear about people's claim towards a company.  But it shouldn't be use in a negative way.  That is true that you should be able to voice your opinion, but the lack of education you know and assumptions you make can affect everyone.  Elite Wholesale Fragrance, LLC might not be right for you, but that doesn't mean that its not right for someone else.  Huge corporation and other companies all have something negative about them.  ALL companies can not be in business to please everyone, or else they will go out of business.  The funny part is, anyone can write any thing online.  All I am trying to say is that ELITE is a great company to work for.  I know that they ask a lot out of an employee, but I have no issue exceeding their expectations. I did go to a interview and of course I am looking for a job like the rest of society that wants to make it through this Nation but there was so many things during the interview that were not said and should of been. This program copys Mary Kay, Party Light, ext. but it is not permoted as that and that is the part of the company that makes it a scam. Because they are like those companies is why they do not offer paid training, It really makes since, but since they are like those companies when it comes to sales they need to promot themself that way so they do not get themself in legal issues. They advertise that they are hiring Managers and will pay $40,000 a year and that is not what they are doing. They are hiring sells associates that can work up to self management that will earn themself $40,000 a year. I know that when a company is starting out and trying to make their name hiring sells associated does not sound good or get the right people for the job hired, at least one would think, but thet are worng there are many people that would love this job based upon its real criteria and the the false information thet they post. Hopifully someone with in the company realizes this and starts advertising for what it is and then they will not be know as scam, fake, false, ot lie and can retain the growth that is needed to make it big.

Re: Watch Out For Scentura CreationsI was a former Regional Manager to Scentura Creations back in 1995 and 1996. I think I can give more real information then anyone else here.

"For those of you who do not know what a Regional Manager is I will explain. 
First level is Branch office. This is first level after training.
Next is Distribution center. a DC is where you had your 2nd interview. DC's monitor branch offices.
Next is Regional Office. Regional office is similar to DC's but also monitor DC's as well as their own branches.
Final stage is a Division.

I went up the rancks from a branch office to a DC and became a regional office when I promoted others to DC's.

Now to begin with YES they do open offices. The issue is can you survive the time it takes to get to that level with pretty much zero income. 
Anyone telling you they are making money during the training phase is full of it. I was there longer then those posting. I knew many offices etc... and have had 1000's of people coming through my office. 
Most making positive comments have not been there long enough to know the real deal and you are still in the brain washing phase.

While the fact offices will be opened is true the whole process is a lie. 
Ads are clearly stating SALARY in them. During interviews people are being told SALARIES and BENEFITS.
This is also false. If it was honest then why not tell people the truth from the begining?
If the truth was told no one would stay PERIOD!!! This is why people are mislead at the begining. It is the only way to keep people.

Next we are taught to lie. Taught to lie about how much money we make, What cars we drive and homes we own. Even as office Owners truth be told we were broke. 
Now for anyone who wants to comment we were weak etc...
I made it farther then you and knew many many many offices and all were struggling financially. 

Everyday I saw people loosing everything. Especially those going through training. I once had a family (husband and wife) who were in our program. One day they pulled up in front of my office with a UHaul truck with everything they owned in it. They had two young children with them and no place to go because they believed in the oportunity. They lost their home. 

My regional manager was robbed in his office at gun point by a former employee. I had just left his office minutes earlier or I would have been there as well. However that was not the worse for him. Another employee robbed him at his home. His wife and young daugther were outside in the car at the time and they tied them up and even shot his wife. The news story can even be found online to prove I am not lieing. It happened in cockeysville MD back in 1996.

Bottom line is YES they open offices. However this does not mean success. We were forced to buy bottle by the company to make numbers look better. There goes profit. 

One person here said the company has been around for 35 years. While this is true it is amazing they are still trying to open new offices. After 35 years if the oportunity was so good offices would already be everywhere. No more room for growth. They can keep growing because offices are closing.
Should it not be easy for that person to see that a company 35 years old only has all new offices??? Where are the people who have been there for 35 years? 30 years? 25 years? 20 years? 15 years etc...
These people do not exist. Only a couple division managers (people at top) have been there this amount of time.

A few years ago a girlfriend ran into their office. It started fights with us because she was brain washed. Her manager was 21 years old and stated how he had expensive cars, owned a 6000 sq foot home etc... I went to the office and caled him out on it. He was driving a 13 year old ford exploer (in his parents name) and lived in an apartment with his parents. 
To the person here who posted they made $86,000 in their first year. I call BS. In fact I will even pay you to produce your income tax record showing it.

It is all lies. Even I did it because I was taught and told to do it. Lieing is the way to success here. When in fact it is a way to financial ruins, death threats and being robbed.

When you piss off alot of people believe me some are coming for you. 
Working for this company means you have to live your life hiding. Hiding from people. Hiding from thei police, hiding from the labor board, hiding from court cases, hiding from the local news etc....

Can you make it in this business? Yes you can. But you have to be a person with no soul period. You have to be a person who can lie and not bother them. You have to be a person who does not care about ruining peoples lives so you can succeed. You have to be a person who can deal with the hiding. If you can do that then it is perfect for you.
If you have any sour at all in you then you will never make it in this business period.
It was the biggest mistake of my life. even 15 years later I am still bothered by things that happened.

Also to comment . The person who stated they made $86,000 also said they went on trips with the company. First I will add that the company did not pay for you to go on the trips. They set up confrences and everyone attending has to pay their own way. Do not make it look like the company paid to take you on the trip. I went on many trips my self and paid for my own airfare and hotel everytime as well as all the other 1000's of people who went. When you paid for the trip it is not called a company trip. I could have went to those places anyways since I paid for it. 
They do not pay for you to go on trips so lets get that cleared up right away.

However that person will one day be back on this forum also writing to others to stay away. It is only a matter of time. Once the brainwashing stops and reality kicks in they all change their tune."

Just a comment on this quote - DO NOT buy any perfume from these companies. As an independent contractor/consumer, you can purchase any imitation fragrance off numerous websites for $1 to $9 each some of the websites only charge $10 for shipping for the entire order - depending on the manufacturer!!!! You can work hard  for yourself, Keep all the profit! It might not make you tens of thousands of dollars a month but it will be legit. And you can feel good about yourself with that positive attitude and hard work! Look up - rendition fragrance, designer fragrances, knockoff fragrances.

What about those of you that just came for C.....list ad $9 hour Receptionist job? Where is it? Why did they shuffle you into a managers training program? Because there is no receptionist job, the ones that actually open an office, I mean take over an office, like Elite Management did (Infinite Management Group - look it up on Facebook- same address) hire there own receptionist or take one of the manager trainees that dont sell their 120 bottles within 8 weeks,  from the existing office.

 SO, ask these questions:If this is a legit organization that will promote you to manager, didnt you give them references and experience that you are able to sell/manage? Why do you have to sell for them and give them the profit?
Is asking questions and Information negative, is going to college to get an education negative, is learning negative, is analyzing the info you get and questioning an verifying that info negative?

Talk to your family members and friends and those you trust. They are not being negative just because they are looking out for you, and dont want to see you get scammed. They want you to succeed! They have the experience and maturity . What mother, father doesnt want to see their child make lots of money and have the best life? So your telling me that everyone that has a legit opportunity has their family and friends dis them, try to persuade them not to succeed?

Then ask these questions:
Does the company tell you upfront about their product and what you will be required to do to sell it?Do they give you a written down canned pitch, or do you have to copy it off a classroom board? Does the company display their business license and tax license? Where is there training manual? Business card? Proof that there website is under construction?
Do they give a list of the real names of the products or are they committing patent infringement, trying to get you to buy into their company with a lure of Gucci, Chanel #5, Armani? Then "BAIT AND SWITCH" you to rendition fragrances after you have started training and have got your money?

These businesses will not tell you that you must sell 15 bottles a week to get through the 8 week training, until you have given them money. However if you feel the need to give away your last dollars get a receipt! Money in someone elses hands is their money! Possession is 9/10 of the law. You must PROVE that they defrauded you and that you suffered loss!
And if your one of the many unemployed on assistance from unemployment or welfare, you better report your small commissions that they might give you, for selling. If DSHS or EEOC or Washington unemployment division finds out they will stop your assistance and could prosecute you for fraud.

Remember, payment will always be cash, ask them for a check to validate the amount and if they have told you not to report your earnings to DSHS or unemployment they are colluding with you to defraud the welfare system and state unemployment department.

Call the Legal Voice and ask them about it.

Elite Management group take checks. When they process them through their account, if they have a bank account, it makes a record of their earnings. So if your gonna give away your hard earned money, make out a check- better yet get a receipt for the cash your giving. They usually sign the receipt. CYA people.

im the kind of person who listens to both side of things and also a person who gives people chances...i feel we live and learn from our mistakes and its nice for others to warn us about companies but to say things in a disrepectful way and slamming each other is nt solving problems it just causes more. 

i work hard and put my all into work and personal life and if i do get scammed its a lesson i will learn on my own and i live..to me ive learned allot about sales and pubic speaking going to elite and im thankful for that but i feel people who say this is a scam should not stay in the class to bring everyone to their level but what you talk about outside the company is on you. i woud not go into someones home and be disrepectful that is just childish.  people make mistakes but how we correct those mistakes is what matters. i want my own business and ill bust my butt work hard each day to get it...i wont sit around and complain about not making sales to move up...sales is cut throat at any place you go. i hear the complaints from others but what solutions are being brought? people need to think about how to fix a problem not add to it. this is just my opinion. have a goodnight

Ok so this person madden2011, Jeanette, marcus and scamslam are all the same person lol. This person is an x employee that was let go. Its like if you got employed at best buy and you found out how much they buy there product for and decided you wanted to quit because they marked the merchandise up to high lol what an IDIOT. Now when it come to training if you didn't like training Andrew and Taylor did not bolt down the doors so you could not leave, you were free to quit any time. Next thing you were only in training for a week and you think you no everything about the business lol what an IDIOT. Try getting a job some were and then after a week tell your boss you know his business better than he does and see how that plays out. Another thing I know how much they get the product for its $3 a unit + $1.75 s/h + $1.90 taxes + $1 O/R + $1 P/S  that = 8.65 for one unit!!!! You Idiot!!!! That means they only profit $1.35 off each bottle when you are in your branch. No wonder your business closed down and know wonder you are looking for work because your a IDIOT once again. Yup, It's Luigie!!! Yeah, remember? THE annoying guy that tells all the stupid jokes in training? (That's me. I like to fill the room with comedy and energy during meetings when it's appropriate to, cause who want's a boring monotoned lecture thrown at them? Obviously some people do, I guess) Anyway, at first I was gonna write up some big professional rebuttal, but it seems everybody else has that covered! Alright, couple of things about ELITE. 

Just like Cody, I have also been there for 5 weeks now, and you know what? I love it. It's a great opportunity. I'm learning a ton and enjoying it at the same time. I myself am also opening up my branch on April 1st in Seattle with two of the most amazingly competent business women I have ever know, which is funny, because the main cancer that has been trying to drown this company down was close friends with them. I'm just glad that they pushed through all of her "bitter old lady" fecal matter, about Elite's connection to all these other "scam jobs". Because of their amazingness, we're opening out branch soon, and you know what? It's gonna be amazing, no doubt about it.

Couple other things. As for the whole "No Web Sight" thing. One of my best friends is taking professional pictures of all the produce and creating the websight, so it is under construction. Since when was it written in the 10 commandments of business that a business MUST HAVE A WEBSIGHT UPON THE TIME THEIR STORE OPENS. It's like...really? Calm your ass down people, it's being made. 

Another thing. The people who have been posting negative things are bitter people because they aren't getting what they want. Its childish. 

Third, Jet, (I wouldn't use your name, but it seems like you yourself have posted it all over the sight, so what difference does it make) I thought you were really cool when you first started, and then you started high school level drama. The funny thing is that Andrew and Taylor will never open up in Vegas, Matter a fact; they tell everyone that they will not expand to Vegas or send anyone there.

the whole ordeal about getting $4 back when you sell it at $30 is a lie.  They give you $10 back no matter what plus an extra $4-$10 on top of that.  You’re making as much, or even more than what they profit.  Yeah they get it at a reasonable price but that’s because they are a wholesale distribution, so they buy it in bulks.  They mark up the price for what it’s worth and give anyone who sells their products the exact same profit or more.  Think about this, when you purchase anything
anywhere, do you think that they’re going to sell you the product at the exact price that they bought/made it for?? If that’s the case, then NO ONE should be in business and we would ALL have a happy life and not worry about defending our name on Rip-Off Report. 
Now if you have you don’t like it, then no one is forcing you to do it.  Those of us, who wants extra money in our pocket, are getting commission, bonus incentives for hooking up people we know

lmao i see u didnt even respond to me talking about texas, or HMMM i was told it cost them 10$ to make these bottles and manfacture. when i saw the invoice and it only costs them $3 per bottle and all together spent $3,000 for over 500 units. i also see u didnt respond back to /somebody who's only sold 10 bottles or less become a manager or higher, when it was stated in the second day of " training " that in order to move up to the next level/rank we have to sell 15 bottles a week. well he's about 55 bottles short in becomin a manager. like soo what up with that WHO GIVES A FUCK IF HE;S A GREAT PERSON.? IT DOESNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT BEING A GREAT PERSON IN ORDER TO MOVE UP, UNLESS ITS AN INSIDE CONNECT AND THEY ARE PLAYING FAVORITES. how come nobody else gets that same opportunity? thats not even right, and also i stated taylor on our FIRST DAY OF "TRAINING"  that we would become manager; correction ARE Guarenteed a manager position as long as we worried about ourselves and sticked thru training.

there was never mentioned about having to sell any product in order to become a manager or higher. SECOND- why would you not tell anybody about what they will be really doing in the positon, WHY WOULDNT YOU TELL THEM IN THE INTERVIEW OR OVER THE PHONE THAT U WILL HAVE TO SELLL PERFUME AND HAVE TO HIT CERTAIN BENCHMAARKS IN ORDER TO GET THAT MANAGER POSITION. !?!?!

I WAS TOLD I WOULD MAKE $200-$400 A WEEK, AND THAT  IN THIS JOB/ POSITION I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SELLING ANYTHING BECAUSE THATS NOT WHAT ITS ABOUT. when clearly u js told me inorder to get that positon i do have to sell product.

they say they came from that perfume company in tukwila because the company wasn't right, but then u open another company , and base the training and everything they did over there here? yeah that fukkin dumb.  look how stupid u are, u sell the damn bottle for $30, but out of that $30 u only keep $4 bucks ? yeah that dont seem so right, AGAIN u make less the minimal wage dummy. so u say we sell the bottle for $30, we keep $10 nd they keep $20, well thats not what i was told i was told we only get to get $4 of that money bank as OWE-BACKS. !!!  and that was only after u sold 15 bottles.

ANY LEGIT "MANAGERIAL" JOB/POSITION WOULD REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE A BACKGROUND CHECK DONE ON THE PERSON WHO WAS HIRED. in which there never was one done nor ever ever have been. didnt seem to comment when i said they hired someone with a felony on their record. you just can't give out a random bank account to a person you dont even know, and trust them nothing will happen ! sooo, if your looking to be expanding and what not, and say you have been in business for a longn time, where are your other branches? where are your other managers and sales reps? how have u been in business for a long time , but this is the only location that you have been opened up for?  all the other scammers, perfume peopl like u say " their website is under contructtion" well if you have been in business for a long time then you should already have a website up and running !! POINT BLANK.  we cant even find anything that says who you guys are on the internet, fishy much !

its also crazy how reading all these other reports of these different company perfume scams and how what they are doing is they same way ELITE MANAGEMENT is doing. !! ex. FFARR CONTEST,  ex.. BONUS INCENTIVES,  ex.. PROMISE NO SELLING OF ANY KIND OF PRODUCT. ex.. POST ADS HIRING FOR MANAGER& RECEPTIONIST , ( when actuality they aren't really hiring for a receptionist. i mean come one you been in business for how long and u still havent found a receptionist ! )

It seems to me that someone literally has too much time on their hands. It sounds like complaining is their hobby.  It’s very professional of you to curse and say the “F” word especially when you’re trying to prove a false point.  With that attitude and word choice, does it seem that you’re a manager in training? Or qualify to be a manager? Stating that you are an “employee” of the company listed above.  It’s strange and funny how people make assumptions and come up with false information about the owners, Andrew and Taylor just to prove their story.  
You cannot believe everything you read online, especially when it’s coming from a mad “ex-employee.”  Even McDonalds, Burger King, Macys, and ALL the other major companies are listed on Rip-off Reports.  Anyone can post anything on Rip-off Report and get away with, but it’s not fair to the companies who works really hard to establish their business, get it up and going, and get their reputation tarnish by an unsatisfied person who made it their number one priority in life to talk negative about that company.  Move on with your life. Cursing and stooping down to someone’s low level to present a rebuttal is not something that any employee or the owners of the company will do.  If you don’t believe that it’s a legit business, you can always check them on business registration.
We have one uptight “ex-employee” who left because they are unhappy with life and tons of employees who believe in the business and make it as a career.  Andrew and Taylor always said that this business is not for everyone, they don’t force you to stay.  The doors are always at the same spot and feel free to leave.  “No hard feelings.”  Or stay and we’ll welcome you with open arms. Rip off Report is a serious matter, if you’re sitting on your computer, waiting for a rebuttal, so that you can turn this into a blog, you should think real hard as to whom you are as a person.

If you want paid training then go to one of the other businesses that offer it. I am very sorry that you do not make the cut to be apart of elite management. On second thought no im not sorry. You couldnt make the cut for a reason that is you no longer are employeed by us. You do get paid through training, just because you dont get to sit on your rear end a draw a check doesnt mean that you dont get paid during training. So, by all means please do go to work at burger king or mcdonalds or even taco bell heck i need someone to flip my burgers for me and even ask me if i want fries with that from time to time. Don't be mad cause you couldnt make the cut. Now then like it was put before if you are a driven individual that wants to work hard for what you get, and you have a great attitude, and think that you have what it takes to be apart of the elite management team you know how to get ahold of us. Andrew and the rest of his hypnotized scammers are sure on it. Um all jobs whether its high end and professional like Microsoft, Verizon, or Walmart, to low end jobs like McDonald and Taco Bell offer PAID TRAINING. I mean seriously are you guys that dumb how do you support yourselves for eight weeks of hard work and not get paid when promised the first day you  would get paid. Yes its true that you have to work hard to get somewhere but its completely ridiculous that this business doesn't even have a reputation or a web site while I can locate several coffee and food joints that are new or have been in business for years on the internet. They probably don't have a business license LOL. I was recommended to apply to elite through a friend that said he had been working there for three weeks now he wont return my call because he probably feels stupid that he was caught into this scam. I believe it s wrong for you guys to take peoples time, energy and money for your scam ordeal and hope Karma gets you where it hurts.

Ok ok ok people I'm thinking that its time to move along with all the "Oh this company is horrible its a scam, they don't know what there talking about!" blah blah blah. In reality anyone that is complaining, you could sit down and be talking to them and they would say well I didn't go to the second interview. Or well It sounded like a scam (meaning I don't really know but I'm going to make drama cause that's all I'm good at.) Are you going to sit there and listen to someone who has NO CLUE because they didn't even go through training anyhow? You know this world is just coming to a halt because NOBODY wants to work for there positions anymore. Everyone just want to be given everything cause that's what this world is coming to. Do you really think that if we were to sit here and just "pull people of the streets" and say here you go do whatever you want. Think that's good business? uhh I'm thinking NO. But oh wait that's NOT what elite does they really are legit. Taylor and Andrew are some of the best people that I have met, they are buisness oriented, honest and will do anything to help anyone at anytime. Now if you think your really big enough person to sit there and say that that is not how people should be you should really get your priorities straight.

It's amazing to me that some one can write things like this about our company and say that you won't get your own company when they haven't even made it through training. How can they say that they know for sure that you won't get your branch, not to mention the person writing these rebuttals is sitting in our training room at this very moment it sounds to me like this person is agitated that she can't sell the product. Of course we aren't just gonna hand you the money to open your own branch, that wouldn't be a very smart business decision now would it. Things in this world don't come easy and they sure don't get handed to you, you have to work for them I mean this country wasn't handed to us it didn't just sprout up one day we had to work hard for it and build it. Nothing is handed to us it's time that people grow up and act like adults, not like little children that want things handed to them.

First off, let me introduce myself. My name is Cody Campbell, I have been in training for five weeks in Federal Way, Washington. When I first started I answered the ad just like everyone else. But unlike the other people that I started with, I stuck with it and I’m opening my branch on April first. Before I started I was in the military, I left the military and had no plan in life. I was broke going from job to job to job until finally I answered the ad, Andrew did my first interview and he gave me the opportunity of a lifetime. When I started I had to do some sales (just like everyone else) but instead of quitting, I had to work harder. Long story short I finished training in less than 8 weeks. I signed up to be a manager and that is exactly what I am. I didn't get in this to do sales (which no one does). Andrew told me I could make allot my first year and I trust him 100%. I am part of something GREAT and I have seen the money that comes in and out of this place its amazing. I feel like I’m the one scamming Andrew. People who blow out in their first or second week obviously didn't understand the business. They give anyone, no matter what race,color,gender, or age, the same opportunity they gave me. Free merchandise, free training, (the day you have to pay for something should be a red flag for you no matter what business) and they also give you the opportunity to move to any state with a business for free. Like I said I went through training in Federal Way and I get the freedom to move where ever I want. Any person with a brain can look at all these negative letters and see that some people just are not cut out for this business. Running your own business isn't going to happen overnight, it takes more time and dedication to be successful in this and in any business. Anyone who says this is a pyramid scam or that you don't get promoted doesn't know what THE F*** your talking about. Everyone has the exact same equal opportunity. All it takes to complete training is working hard( for yourself), dedication, and a little blind faith, believing that Andrew and Taylor will get you open. I am so confident that I am going to leave my office number (NOT FOR BLOWOUTS) but for people who actually want some advice on how to run a successful business for Elite. told me i didnt need any manager exp cuz they would train me for 8weeks. blah blah blah. passed the first interview next step was the second one. i came in with a group of atleast 25-30 other ppl. so they pulled me nd 8 other canidates nd told us we got the manager position. friends and family were already sketchy . well ima just skipp to the point. tuesday 3/1/2011 - wednesday 3/2/2011 was when all the real information started to come out from all the ppl who had been there before us. teling us we actually dont get paid for training, we cant become managaers unless we sell their damn perfume nd cologne, and in order to do so we will have to sell 15 a week inorder to move on the the nxt level. so if u like me nd plenty other dont wanna sell anything the you will still stay at the " FNP" (freakin new person)  stage until u start selling the product. they tell us , in order to conduct meetings nd train our sales reps we have to sell the product as well ? bullshitttttt. how come u dont have a website IF YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR A LONGGG TIME? WHY LIE TO US SAYING WE WUD GET PAID 200-400 A WEEK PAID TRAINING BUT ONLY IF WE SELL THE PRODUCT TO MAKE OUR MONEY? What are you trying to do to my reputation and the reputation of ELITE? You are so wrong to post something in my name thats negative about this company that is totally untrue. You must have some loose in your head and are disgruntled in some way. We know that your probably someone that went thru the interview and was rejected. These people are duping anyone that needs a job! They have only  been in business since mid Dec 2010. They are deceitful, unprofessional, greedy liars. They always use Craigslist to advertise their Managers jobs, but once you go through their GROUP interview, you are accepted and  they have you come for a orientation and sign a back-round check. Then ask you to go and sell their product, (no product provided). Once you give them the money they have you sign a  "consignment form" to get, knockoff perfume. Then your hooked because you must wait 2 weeks for your perfume, they refuse to give you back any money.  It is a Bait and Switch. Anyone that has had a run in with these people should ad to this to warn as many people as we can. Oh and anyone that knows "Penny Salsa" needs to let the owner know that his son is using him as a reference  to make this sound legit!
