Well where to start. I had my first interview on a Tuesday, went in and couldn't even find the place at first, got ask a bunch of questions that had nothing to do with the management position. She told me they would be calling people back that night. Well 530 rolls around and I get the call that I was accepted back a second interview, I was super excited and I couldn't wait. So the next day I go in for my interview and there had to have at least 40 people there. Who in the f*** does a 2nd interview like that? To me that is very unprofessional. Considering I had manager experience and hired people all the time for a company! So I go in and sit in the interview for about 3 hours, listening to her talk about a company that I had never even heard of and no one else did! So at the end of the interview she starts calling on people asking them questions and saying well call back as this time and we will let you know if you got the job. She tells everyone except 10 other people including myself to stay here and wait a minute. Well when the last guy leaves she calls the rest of us up to the front to let us know that we were the lucky few to be accepted for the job! I was super excited called everybody was in a fantastic mood! my uncle calls me up and says that this job sounds a little to fishy and to search it. So I googled the company and came across there website but had found nothing else. So I searched that Larry dude, well here I am on this website and have read some of these stories and all I have to say is wow. I am glad to say I will not be going to training, and I am completely glad I did find this website! Now I'm pretty sure people will call me a quitter, or to weak to stick it out, or a "blow out", by the way what the f*** does that mean that is the most stupidest phrase I have ever heard to call a quitter lol. But I would rather be called that then waste my time and my dedication on a bullshit company then to work for them. I'm not calling it a scam cause it somewhat of a business, but a horrible business. The way people talk about it like its the most amazin company to work for when no one has really ever heard of the company. I say f*** that! Glad to have read these stories, now I can take my time to find a real job, then waste my time on a bulls*** it of an excuse job(; The name of the company they are using is "Elite Uintah Exspansion" it's associated with the Scentura Creations. It's now opened in utah. Also if this company has such a "professional look" why does it have such horrible business owners on this site trying to be Internet warriors and just making them look even more stupid for trying to justify something that is a bunch of bulls***? If your going to try an act like a professional business owner then you wouldn't be on this site acting like you have a stick up your a** about people posting there opinions, you should be worrying about your so called businesses.

Thanks for the heads up! I applied to an ad I found on KSL.com where they advertised a need for a receptionist (as well as office support types like managers, marketing, etc) and got called for an interview the next day.
I thought it was odd when "Whitney" didn't seemed terribly concerned that I couldn't hear her. I explained that I was driving to another interview so the noise level was high, but she made no effort to call me back or give me her number so I could call her (like all the real companies I've spoken with have done). Instead, she just shouted louder into the phone and was largely unconcerned that I didn't understand everything she'd said. I got a very call-center like vibe from her. Now I understand her attitude-- she probably had at least 50-100 other people to call in the exact same way, for the exact same position, so who cares if I can't find the address or don't bring my resume? I also thought it was odd when she called me this morning to make sure I WAS coming to the interview FOR SURE. Most legitimate companies don't hunt down potential employees-- in this economy, they don't have to.
Anyhow, I just wanted to thank you for letting me know not to waste my time or gas going to my interview today. So far, all I've lost is a three minute phone call and a morning of horrified research into Scentura.
