DO NOT EVER make an appointment for this establishment. A stylist known as James will call you at 8:30 in the morning to let you know how much of a c**t you are for cancelling an appointment. Not only will he try to humiliate and berade you but he also proceeded to call my employment and call me NUMEROUS threatful and harrassing names.

When I did call to report this information to his supervisor I was treated rudely by the receptionist who then gave the message to James who proceeded to call me. If you like to get your hair done in peace BEWARE OF BAD ATTITUEDS AND MISTREATMENT AND DO NOT EVER GO TO ELIZABETH'S!

Love Elizabeth's salon

I have been going to Elizabeth's A Salon for 15-20 years. Never , not even once have I heard any of the stylists or other employees be rude to anyone. It is the opposite, in fact. They are friendly, no attitude at all. I have sent many of my friends and co-workers there. They are all thankful that I introduced them to Elizabeth's.

The person that complained can not be farther from the truth. Maybe there had been a problem between her and James, not the whole salon. James is no longer at Elizabeth's and has not been for some time.

The woman who complained did not even have the nerve to sign her name (anonymous) is all she signed. That should tell you something.

Anyone who wishes to have a wonderful haircut, color or blow dry should try the friendly crew at Elizabeth's A Salon, Woodbridge, Ct. Don't let one bad report ruin a great experience for you.
