Ellery Harris/ATC Photography Devante Harris/A Touch of Class Photography/Family Touch Photography Took photographs of my Oct 2009 wedding, unable to contact him or get our photos Internet

We hired Ellery Harris(ATC Photography) in Jan 2009 for our wedding. The wedding took place Oct 24, 2009 in Houston, TX, and we have yet to get in touch with Ellery or collect our photos. The websites, email addresses, and telephone numbers that he provided no longer work. He answered one of my numerous emails asking for more money to ship the CD with our photos on it to my home, I said hell no and we have not heard from him again. The CD with the our engagement photos are of horrible quality. We can't do anything with the photos such as larger prints or photo books because the resolution is so low the photos come out blurry. Most qualified photographers provide you with high resolution photos that are much more sharper and of better quality. Throughout our business with Ellery, he has avoided our emails and calls. It took us almost six months to get our Engagement/Bridal CD. We researched Ellery and ATC on the web recently and found out that he has did the same thing to other customers in LA. He has had at least 3 complaints with the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta, but nothing could be done since they could not locate him. The address he provided those customers was bogus. He says he's based in Atlanta, GA, but does work in LA and TX, including Houston, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lake Charles, and Lafayette. He is using a new company name and website now...Family Touch Photography. I have talked to some of his former customers who have had the same problems from not being able to contact him to not getting photos back at all. We paid him $800 for engagement, bridal, and wedding pictures, and he is not worth a dime of that money. After everything is said and done, the pictures are all we have left of our wedding, and we don't even have that. I'm so upset about this that I haven't been able to sleep and my work is being affected. I would like a refund in full and whatever photos he has of my wedding!
