Please beware of doing ANY business with Elliot Management Group, They will tell you what ever you want to hear and once you have signed the contract they will outright ignore you. When I spoke with their representatives on the first two occasions to have my account set up they promised they would pay off my old machine and bring me a new one.
When I looked at the contract I noticed the monthly fee was $79.00 which I thought was high so I had the rep who brought the machine call her supervisor(who had been present at the first appointment.)to find out why it was so much. She informed me the monthly fee was so high because they were paying off my old machine for me. I wasn't really happy about this but I agreed to it even though I shouldn't have.
When I checked my statement the first month I noticed my former credit card processor was still charging me for my terminal. I called Elliot Management Group to find out why they were still charging me and they said it should be the last time it happened. I asked if they would be reimbursing me for the charge and they said they would look into it and call me back.
No one EVER called me back about ANYTHING... The next month the same thing happened again so I called again. Again no one EVER called me back. I finally called and asked to talk to someone right away and when I asked to talk to my rep I was informed she no longer worked there and she couldn't find any paperwork stating they would assume the old credit card machine bill so I was to be responsible for it myself. I also might add they raised my rental charge from $79.00 to $92.00 for no reason whatsoever.
And yes I did call the number on the side of the machine to try to talk to someone else but they informed me it wasn't their problem either.
Now I noticed that every keyed number I enter into the machine claims the zip is a mismatch no matter if it is or not so I am being charged the highest rate on all of them. I have contacted the service rep through the number on the side of the machine but they can't fix it and want to charge me a $50.00 fee to replace THEIR malfunctioning machine. Go figure...
PLEASE do not do business with Elliot Management Group, eventually they will get you for more than you planned on spending.
I haven't even gone over the hidden charges and fees, it would take too long and I don't want to bore you with any more details.
