Eltman Eltman & Cooper - Erin Capital Management ripoff phone harrassment of innocent people, screaming, belligerent, insulting and abusive HUGE LIARS!!! NEXT CARD SCAM New York New York

Erin Capital Management (www.erincapital.com) dba ELTMAN ELTMAN & COOPER continues to harrass my family. They have been mailing and having a drop-off service bring over these documents stating that they have filed a judgment in the local county court. They are HUGE LIARS!! They are trying to dupe innocent consumers by claiming that the consumer owes back payment to NEXT CARD. NEXT CARD was an INTERNET based CREDIT CARD company that is NOW defunct!! NEXT CARD IS LONG GONE, however ELTMAN and Friends continue to rip-off consumers!!

After recv'g a letter from them...I called and asked them what they were referring to....the guy on the other end of the phone didnt really know and he fished around for an answer. Finally he came back and said you remember opening a "catalog" store credit card. I could not recall...in fact I never had done such a thing and I told the f***er!! However, he became nasty and said that I DID do it and that I just did NOT want to pay. Now I am going to fight them and make sure they never rip anyone else. My lifes goal is watch them suffer in pain as they have made innocent people suffer!!!

Everyone should be aware of these types of scammers..unfortunately millions get duped not knowing any better!!!!
