I want to urge all of you that this company is very dishonest make sure you have a witness and record all all of your phone conversations with them.Have them put into writing anything that they tell you because they lie.I thought I would write a letter to their CEO.Embarq assigned an investigator to chheckout my complaint and the first thing she did was lie to me.I knew she lied to me so I called her on it and asked her for the reason in writing.They never did send me it in writing but instead sent me a nonsense letter of apology and offered a fifty dollar discount on their bill for services never received.She began to start spinning and telling me more lies.I hope this company gets it's just desserts.I am currently seeking an attorney to go after them.
