This company is a joke, The appraisl process stinks, cut the true vaule of your home, I sent them my son and because of the apprisal process, my son sold his home and settlemet is delaied time and time again from Embrace side, and the loan advisor my son and grandshildren are now homeless till Embrace figures it out and has the second apprisal done
