WOW,where do i start,they, emc,marked me late 30 days on my mort. 3 times, never late.3 violations,F.C.R.A.plus 3 more viol. for not writing me telling me i was late (3times) probably because i wasn't.
i told them about these errors and they cont. to report them, 3 more violations,plus 3 more violations for each of the 3 credit bureau's for putting these 3 errors on my credit,18 violations so far-
THEY can lie ,no proof required on 30 day lates,lower our scores,stop us from refinancing or borrowing off the house,we then get overcharged on all credit and loans,and they help us into foreclosure,that is the business they are in, the mort. co. is just a front for this, they are allowed to keep anything over the loan balance if it gets foreclosed on,so in a year with your 20%down and maybe 10% appreciation they steal 30% of your equity,you do nothing wrong, they ruin your credit and your life ,throw you out of your home,
THEY commit fraud,F.C.R.A. violations,unfair trade practices,equity skimming etc.and apparently in this country its all LEGAL? FOR THESE WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS.
THEY(EMC)after 3 years of abuse by them ,they finally took the errors off ,and the whole acct. off too, another violation.these errors got me turned down several times for loans, overcharged badly on all credit ,stopped me from making $,i was a real estate investor,put me out of business, totally ruined my life,and am still paying ,the current loan i have on my hse. is a 2/28 int. only arm thats adjusting up next mo.that i cant afford,cant sell or refi.this was all i could get 2 years ago with their errors on my credit-AND I DID NOTHING WRONG!!

All good points. Although they may seem unbelievable to some, those who have done their homework understand that this is the way EMC operates. Or I should say, "operated." They are out of business for all practical purposes; drowned in a historic sea of lawsuits, criminal fraud, and lies. What remains of EMC has hired the most dishonest corporation in America, Bear Stearns, to collect (Gestapo style) both valid and invalid debts while lying to EMC customers and creditors. I suggest you contact the James Moyer class action lawsuit against EMC. They are listed under James Moyer in Tampa Florida.
Incredibly, BSC is far worse than EMC.
Here's a quote from Greg Fedler of BS to me: "As you know we have already refunded your money." -- A bold blatant lie instantly documented as such, designed to influence a third party who doesn't know the facts or have access to the records.
HERE'S A FACT: Bear Stearns just lost $1,600,000,000 for its investors due to criminal fraud. Authorities are currently investigating and action against BSC perpetrators is likely.
