The subject is conducting business without legal documents, the collection calls that they make to collect from consumers are not legit, the subject writes payroll checks and the checks do not clear! Also plays double game by writing checks, cashing it at check cashing places and then stops payment reporting as if the checks were stolen and lost. BEWARE!!!
