Seriously? How many people actually click on and read the terms and conditions when they purchase something on the web? Basically it's hard to find on the screen but if you look for it, it will tell you that you will have 14 days to return the item or you have to pay a $114.00 for the 'free trial' item you got in the mail. Then if you haven't called them to stop the automatic shipment you will be sent 10 more filters for $69+.
If you call the company they will refuse to reimburse you all they can say is you should have read the terms and conditions. Do not do business with this company as they are very deceptive and have very poor customer service. There are some good electronic cigarette companies but this is not one of them. I'm telling all my smoking friends to stay clear of them.
