Guy's, We all know that Emilio Castillo is a bottom feeder and has been ripping people off for years and has done the same thing with U.S Couriers in the past 10 Months.
No Fear here; I envite this scum to think he can treat you guys like this any longer. I worked for a Law Firm for 12 years before coming back to help out U.S Couriers over a Year ago and fought all the way til the bottom fell out in mid August 2011. Once I found out that all of you guys weren't getting paid and he was just lying to everyone; I realized that I needed to start contacting my old buddies to get them started working asap on this. I am now currently back at the same Firm and have 2 of my guys working on this now. I need you all to contact me over the phone asap to be part of this filing.
Emilio thinks he can only be sued like he has many times in the past i am sure or that you guys are just all losers with no money or brains to do anything. Well he is highly mistaken on every account.
Let me explain; Yes it could be a small claims but we now have over 25 employees and I.C's that are owed in some cases over 10k a piece and my numbers are growing daily. I have proof that he not only has money in certain accounts but he has all so received at least 2 checks in 3 weeks ( $130k for 1 ) that were for services we all provided that was payment for our services. I all so have him and his staff on recording telling the Team that they were sending checks out but there was no money in the accounts so wait until after 5pm to hand out. To go along with this; I have some dark horses in the race that have met with my guys and given written and audio statements that came straight from Higher management.
Emilio is still hiring people through Craigslist as we speak for work he knows he is not going to pay for and once they quit he can simply keep the funds. The problem with this; he has no ideal that once again I am more educated then him and don't play games when it comes to the average working man being screwed over by some low life.
I have a contact in the Dallas Office; just do a little talking and it will get back to me and I will gladly give you a call to add you to the Team.
Take the time to post on here so we might be able to save at least one more person from this sum

I got an update from the last report and it saddens me that "nobody" has put a stop to emillio castillo or his company. My last day was sept 2011 and to this day I never saw my money, $2300 loss. I have emails saying id get it but I never did, even got a 1099 for almost double what I made, I had to get somebody to pretend to be a cpa to get that fixed. I really pray somebody finally shuts his operation down...i eventually lost my home because of all this mess...i was a proud driver of interlink couriers but not for timeline, it all went to hell when I heard that companys name...in due time, everybody involve with this scam will get dealth with, after all god foesnt like ugly.

I too worked for Timeline Logistics in 2009. They said I would make $100 to $150 a day. After gas I made around $50 a day. That's a 10 hour day. Which comes out to $5 an hour, well below minimum wage. I had to report them to the BBB, file with workforce commision, and threaten them with small claims court before I got my last check.

My name is Terry Samford. I was a contract driver for Timeline Logistics dba US Courier & Logistics LP in the Austin, TX division. As of August 23, 2011, I have not been paid for the period of July 24-August 8, 2011 which was due on August 15, 2011 as per contract. To my knowledge, none of the contract drivers in my division have been paid. As contract drivers, we have paid up front for our fuel, vehicle maintenance and insurance to deliver packages for Timeline Logistics.
I have been in contact with LaSalle in the main accounting office in Houston at 713-880-9222. He has quoted the amount they feel they owe me. The last time I talked to him he told me that Timeline would be paying me in installments. This is not how my contract states that I am to be paid.
I have been in contact with Texas Attorney General Gregg Abbott and have filed a claim of possible violation of protection laws and deceptive trade practices. The filing is referenced to Timeline Logistics, Inc H380743 401 . I highly recommend any other victim of this to contact the Office of the Attorney General Gregg Abbott at https://www.oag.state.tx.us/consumer/complain.shtml . If enough people file, they might take action collectively.

Everything you said is true. Don't matter what I do, my calls and emails aren't return. I don't know how to contact you or your name. I've been going by the tyler office, hoping I'd see a message or something. I was blind to realize what was going on til I read your letter and its all true because I still haven't received my ladt check which is for a little over $2300, now I see why I won't get paid. I'll stop calling and emailing, I know I'll never get my pay. I hope you can find me and anybody who's gotten RIPPED OFF!! Thank you for even trying!

I also worked for interlink and some how got switch over to timeline. I was never told about the buy out. I was searching the web for info on timeline and found this, I've never cried so much. everything you said makes sense now, I've been waiting for my check for weeks, always with an excuse. I had checks bounce and waited sometimes a week after pay day to get paid. I had talked to so many people at timeline about bank fee's and over draft fee's after not getting my direct deposit on time but got attitude every time.
I hope you close them down, people like that should be in jail. I hate they don't realize that their destoying lives, because I'm just one of many. I don't know how to reach you and tried posting my email but it didn't post. I'll read the paper and craiglist for anymore information.
