Emily has spent much more than 30 days in jail she was in jail for at least three months that I know of when she was served her divorce papers.  When she was in Florida and was so high on four or five medications (heroin, zanex, weed, etc...) and passed out in the car with all three kids trapped in there with no air, throw up and feces all over Gabe... The cops were called they couldn't wake her up she was so high but blamed it on methadone and benadryl, neither of which was in her system. That was when she came up with her allegation of rape to the DCFS worker who came to their house and they had food caked all over the floor, egg shells from easter, it was june, the case worker noted in the file the table was so dirty her notebook stuck to the table and her chair was crusted to the floor.  Two years after the so called abuse when Emily got busted for child neglect and endangering the welfare of a minor is when she came up with her false allegations, which by the way that case...was dismissed with prejudice in case you are to unintelligent to know what that means here is a direct definition.  

In the formal legal world a court case that is dismissed with prejudice means that it is dismissed permanently. A case dismissed with prejudice is over and done with, once and for all, and can't be brought back to court.

Emily lied about all three of her childrens fathers, she claimed Mr Torres abused her and was talking online to a 15yr old girl, its all documented in her court records, and Larry did too, oh and don't forget Emily is currently with an IV drug user who has HIV.  She is a liar and a plague on everyone she comes in contact with.  Everyones life is worse off for her having been  in it.  I believe the people who are talking care of the kids should get child support not a heroin addict who is in an abusive relationship and continues to be a burden on society.

Many complaints have been made on behalf of the poor children who are the ones suffering in all of this they know their mommy is a liar and loves drugs more than them.  What a very sad life, her oldest daughter had her arm broken by Emily, her second daughter was born in a toilet and she didn't even pick her up. Poor Gabe has been used to get her medicine he has been in and out of the hospital so she can get attention.

I truly believe Emily has Munchausen byproxy (look it up), where she uses her kids being sick to get sympathy for herself.  Once the girls got too old she couldn't use them anymore so she just left them.  No christmas presents, all they wanted was mommy and all she wanted was the needle. 

You better than anyone knows she has issues and needs to be locked up, she won't even clean herself up for her kids and instead she now does heroin with her brother in law who has HIV.  THose kids deserve much better than her, she is scum and a truly pathetic person who i wouldn't even piss on if she was on fire. 

I hope Emily reads this and realizes the truth hurts and her lies are all catching up with her, black eyes aren't the only thing Greg is going to give her and if she's not careful she will be one of many growing statistics of OD's in metro St Louis.  The best thing that can happen for those kids is she disappears, rehab, move, fall off the planet...anything so they can hopefully remember the very very few times she was in their life sober.

As to me, I am not looking out for anything other than making sure the whole world knows what a horrible person, woman, and mother Emily Lewis really is.  I am honestly shocked she hasn't accused you of molesting or raping her girls, I mean she did with her uncle and Brother. 

I wish those three kids the best but Emily, I hope she gets everything thats coming to her!  If you feel like doing some reading to verify my facts please go to St Clair county courthouse and pull ALL the files on Emily "Bateman" Lewis she has 4-5 OP's, one against each father and other boyfriends, You can also check with the ESTL jail too, oh and Washington County.  I list facts and she has done all of this to herself, she also has not had the kids before august December of 2010...2011...nope she wasn't there but the girls got gifts from their daddy. Too bad Emily was too high to make it.

You can try to stand up for her but everyone knows telling Mike her can't even speak to Gabe until he sends her money and cash no child support...just not right.  Both other fathers want to give up rights all together just to never hear or see Emily ever again.  And it's strange when you look up all three fathers no one is in jail or has been for a while...what about Emily?  Oh thats right she was just arrested, and still has driving on the wrong side of the road, driving without a license, uninsured motorist, etc...wow what a winner of a step daughter you have.  Do not mistake me for a fool I know quite a bit more than you think I do and I have done my research extensively.  I am actually trying to help pursue her losing all rights what so ever and help the fathers get their children back.  Even foster care is been than a HIV infected heroin addict who uses dirty needle, gutter water, and will do anything for drugs.  God bless her and hopefully she will either get better or take her to a better place.

After reading this account of Ms. Lewis, I had to respond.  I know her personally as I am her step father.  There are incorrect accusations in the account on Ms. Lewis, but some is actually true.

Ms. Lewis is indeed in trouble with the state for drug abuse and neglect of her children.  All three do live in the same state as Ms. Lewis and have never been separated from her until August of last year.

Yes, she is looking for child support from the three dead beat dads who have never paid a penny of support to the children.   And all three of the fathers are drug addicts, including Danny Lewis who raped his own step daughter at the age of five.

It is Ms. Lewis' responsibility to persue child support for these children as none of the fathers ever tried to help and all of them have spent time in jail for lack of support and refuse to work any job unless it is cash so they won't be tracked down.

As for Ms. Lewis, she spent 30 days in jail for a traffic offense and has never spent any other time in jail.

Sounds to me that the auther of the incriminating statements made earlier is probably with one of the fathers and trying to protect her financial interest in this matter by blocking any attempt to retrieve child support from her dead beat lover.

What a shame.  You should get your facts straight and quit hiding behind your lies.  I am always open to debate, but all three of the fathers are cowards and I have seen the turn tail and run too many times  to really worry about my health.

Emily has residences in Niceville FL, O'Fallon IL, Okawville IL, beware she has multiple guys see is seeing in each place.  She is currently single and out looking please beware and watch out she lies to get what and who she wants.  She has and will take guys for everything they have and now she is newly divorced.  I pray she gets help before she ends up killing herself.
