I was going to Emmanuel & E Accounting and Tax Consultant for many years. For the first few years it was okay. I always ignored advances he made towards me, but one day he tried to take those advances further but did not succeed. This incident happen in 2006. The following year (2007) I decided not to let him file my income taxes. I just wanted to get a copy of my income tax forms that was filed the year before. He refused to give me a copy. I filed a complaint to the BBB; however, the complaint was dismissed because he was not a member of the BBB. He sent in false accusations and tried to make me the bad guy. He stated that I was trying to get money out of him and he also sent in my personal information to the BBB. I never wanted anything from this man. He was very bold to make that statement to the BBB when I could have proved all of his actions toward me.
I wanted to write this report ,because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I should have took this further. By writing this report I have released a lot of frustration. Thanks Ripoff Report.

I was going to Emmanuel & E Accounting and Tax Consultant for many years. For the first few years it was okay. I always ignored advances he made towards me, but one day he tried to take those advances further but did not succeed. This incident happen in 2006. Him and his assistant, Rosie Owens, sent in false accusations and tried to make me the bad guy. They stated that I was trying to get money out of him and they also sent in my personal information to the BBB. I never wanted anything from this man. They were very bold to make that statement to the BBB when I could have proved all of his actions toward me. He walks around town like he owns it. He is a cheat and a liar! Please don't go to him for anything. Check the BBB reports before you attend this business.
