I used work for ECS. In the several months I was employed there I have witnessed despicable behavior from the employees. this company leaves customers personal info out on desks, they use their cellphones when they have acess to customers SSN and credit card numbers. Everyone even the owner cusses and swears in the office. They lie about being paralegals, they put personal info for customers in the trash. Also they take customers money unlawfully. i was paid on aug 22nd amd still cannot cash my check, and they are still refusing to cash over 20 peoples checks. Rob (owner ) and Tyson( payroll ) are embezzling from the company & stealing money from peoples payroll checks.

It's happened to me and several other people I personally know there. The amount of illegal things that happen in that company to employees and customers is disgusting. I suggest you stay away from this company... And if you have been wronged by them as a customer or employee, I urge please call better business bureau and Utah labor commission, I have filed my complaints numerous time, please join me in shutting this company and DuVera financials down. Also ECS is not properly registered with better business bureau. This company is a scam and the owner is a ex con who used to beat his wife so bad until she committed suicide. I am going to the fullest extent to shut all of this down. I know a lot more about this company but I Am working with the labor commission about it

I work for ECS (mycreditcompany.com) also. As far as what this complaint is saying, I have never witnessed. Yes occasionaly as in any workplace there is some use of swear words, but to insinuate that it is part of the company culture is totally false. I have seen many people called to the carpet for using improper language.

As to the fact of leaving clients personal information laying on desks, this I have never witnessed. As the person that has knowledge of the social security numbers, birth dates, and credit card information, unless you are one of the few people responsible for dealing with the customers actual disputes, you do not have any access to emails or outside communication from your desk.

Also, cellphones. The people that have cell phones out are the supervisors who use them to communicate with management in other parts of the building out of necessity. Otherwise, if you are caught with a cell phone out anywhere near the sales floor, it is confiscated. Also, there are security cameras that are monitored to make sure this does not happen.

ECS (mycreditcompany.com) does have attorneys, para-legals, and processors on the premises that actually do the physical work of disputing any incorrect information that may be on someones personal credit report.

Each morning there is a team meeting/training session that covers specifically what can and cannot be said. I have wittnessed employees being walked from the building for mis-leading potential clients. Calls are monitored daily.

The company itself does exactly what it claims to do. However, we all know that a bad egg may do something that is unethical but if found out, they are terminated.

As far as the personal life of the owners or other employees, I feel that is knowones business but there own. I am unaware of the claims as to prison, beating, and causing someones suicide. You can easily tell that this report comes from an employee that left under not so perfect reasons. They may have been one of those that used improper language and participated in activities that where not followoing company standards or proticalls.

In my experience of employment with other credit repair companies, ECS is by far the most proactive company that works hard for it's clients doing what they say they will do and even going beyond what is required.

If a customer wants to cancel there is no question that they can, however, as in any business it is the cancelation specialists job to try and save the customer.

Again, when reading the complaint, you can tell it comes from an employee that just couldnt cut the mustard.

If the person had to file his claims numerous times with Utah authorities, they must not have a real case, as the state of Utah would have acted on it.

I have never had a problem cashing my checks and have always been paid timely.

I wish to also state that I am just an employee and not involved with management in any way and that I am submitting this rebutal to the complaint so people could judge for themselves.
