Empire Carpets delivered and installed new carpet(yellow colored) Almost right away, black spots started showing through the carpet. Called Empire and I was quoted paying for the"Best" carpet they had.It was supposed to be stain proof and under warranty.They claimed it was our fault, because we have a dog. In my opinion Empire Carpets is the worst company that I ever had dealings with. I would not recommend them to anyone or ever buy anything from them ever again.
